The permission form can be downloaded during both the subscription and code redemption processes, and is also available in the Communications module of your child’s My Account page if your child has Unlimited Access.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;">To create a Master Account:</span></p> <ol start="1" type="1"> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;">Go to <a href="http://www.fusionfall.com/" target="_blank">www.FusionFall.com</a></span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;">Click on <strong><span style="font-family: Verdana;">Sign Up</span></strong>.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;">Complete the three-step process to create your account.</span></li> </ol> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;">Once you are logged in use the "Add a New Account" link on the bottom left of your My Account screen to create a Linked Account for your child.
